La recette je l&rsquo;ai prise de Houryet el Matbakh de <strong>fatafeat<\/strong> ( je l&rsquo;adore cette femme, elle essaie par tous les moyens de passer l&rsquo;information, alors elle jongle entre arabe cass\u00e9, libanais, alg\u00e9rien, fran\u00e7ais et anglais&#8230;pfff elle y arrive merveilleusement bien quand meme:))<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-112\" src=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/confiture abricot.jpg\" border=\"0\" width=\"300\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/confiture%20abricot.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/confiture%20abricot-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1kg d&rsquo;abricot<\/p>\n<p>500gr de sucre<\/p>\n<p>le jus d&rsquo;un citron<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mettre dans une grande marmite profonde, les abricots coup\u00e9s en deux (d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9s), ajouter le sucre et le jus de citron, laisser mac\u00e9rer une nuit enti\u00e8re et remuer de temps en temps.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Apr\u00e8s 24h, mettre la marmite \u00e0 feux moyen, baisser le feu quand \u00e7a commence \u00e0 bouillir, compter 10 \u00e0 15mn puis eteindre<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Il faut m\u00e9langer de temps en temps, et enlever l&rsquo;ecume qui se forme \u00e0 chaque fois.Vous pouvez la laisser comme elle est ou bien la mixer ou la passsr au tamis.Pour moi c&rsquo;est nature, je ne veux rien jetter :).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Remplir des bocaux st\u00e9rilis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>c&rsquo;est super bon !!!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La photo parle d&rsquo;elle m\u00eame :)!!!!
