3 belles pommes<\/span><\/span> (ou bien 2 pommes et une belle poire ou bien des poires)<br \/> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">&#8211; 120 gr de poudre d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/span><br \/> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">&#8211; 80 gr de sucre en poudre ( cassonade c&rsquo;est meilleur)<\/span><\/span><br \/> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">&#8211; 80 gr de beurre mou<\/span><\/span><br \/> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">&#8211; 10 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/span><\/span><br \/> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">&#8211; 1 oeuf<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">&#8211; 1 zeste de citron et le jus d&rsquo;un demi citron<\/span> (mon ajout)<br \/> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">&#8211; 2 C S de confiture d&rsquo;abricots<\/span><\/span><br \/> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">&#8211; Du sucre glace, de la confiture d&rsquo;abricot, des amandes effil\u00e9es pour d\u00e9corer<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/span> &#8211; Dans un grand saladier, m\u00e9langer du bout des doigts, la farine et le beurre ramolli et coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s.<br \/> &#8211; Ajouter le sucre, la pinc\u00e9e de vanille, la pinc\u00e9e de sel, puis l&rsquo;oeuf.<br \/> &#8211; Sabler la p\u00e2te en l&rsquo;effritant entre vos doigts, former une boule et laissez reposer 1 heure au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<br \/> &#8211; Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (thermostat 6).<br \/> &#8211; \u00c9taler la p\u00e2te, puis disposer-la dans un moule \u00e0 tarte.<br \/> &#8211; Piquer le fond avec une fourchette et mettre au frigo<br \/> &#8211; Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer le beurre avec le sucre en cr\u00e8me.<br \/> &#8211; Ajouter l&rsquo;oeuf, puis l&rsquo;amande en poudre, et la cr\u00e8me liquide, <span style=\"color: #008000;\">le zeste et le jus du demi citron.<\/span><br \/> &#8211; Peler les pommes, couper en deux chaque pomme,couper les moities en lamelles, en gardant la forme de la moiti\u00e9.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">&#8211; Versez la cr\u00e8me amandine sur le fond de tarte en une couche \u00e9gale, puis disposer les 6 moiti\u00e9s   de pommes coup\u00e9es (vous pouvez parsemer d&rsquo;amandes effil\u00e9es)<br \/> &#8211;
