Mixez le beurre et le sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient mousseux. Incorporez les jeunes d\u2019\u0153ufs un par un en battant vigoureusement entre chaque \u0153uf. Ajouter le chocolat et battez bien le m\u00e9lange avec une cuill\u00e8re. Incorporez la farine. A part, battez les blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs en neige ferme et incorporez d\u00e9licatement au m\u00e9lange au chocolat.<\/p>\n<p>Verser la pate dans au \u00be dans des petits moules en silicone ou dans un moule de 20cm de diametre. Enfournez 40mn jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la pointe du couteau ressorte propre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Faites ti\u00e9dir la confiture et badigeonnez la base du g\u00e2teau qui est maintenant en dessus (moi je l\u2019ai fait quand le g\u00e2teau est encore chaud il absorbe mieux).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parez votre ganache\u00a0: Faites chauffer votre cr\u00e8me fraiche puis ajouter le chocolat r\u00e2p\u00e9.
