Le pain est fondant, la texture est superbe et pis la petite farce a l&rsquo;interieur &#8230;humm!!! \u00e7a nous fait des tits sandwichs..tout mimi..et trop bons franchement une recette a essayer d&rsquo;urgence!!<\/p>\n<p>On peut varier la farce selon les gouts de chacun! a vous de jouer!<\/p>\n<p>Attention ne vous fiez pas a la photo ils sont pas aussi grands!:)))<span style=\"font-family: Georgia;\"><em><span style=\"color: #8b0000;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><br \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-2013\" src=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/07\/paradisebread.jpg\" border=\"0\" width=\"450\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/07\/paradisebread.jpg 450w, https:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/07\/paradisebread-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><br \/><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pate<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">600g de farine<br \/> <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 c\u00e0s de sucre<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 20g de lait en poudre <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #4b0082;\"> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">4 c\u00e0c de levure s\u00e9che instantan\u00e9e<br \/> 1 oeuf<br \/> 1 c\u00e0c de sel<\/span><\/span><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 300ml d&rsquo;eau<br \/> 60g de <\/span><span style=\"color: #009900;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">margarine<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #009900;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">melange de grains (grains de sesame,fenouil,..)( zrara3)<br \/><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #009900;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Garniture (la mienne)<br \/><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #009900;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 oignon<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #009900;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1tomate<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #009900;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1poivron<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #009900;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 thon<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #009900;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">gruyere<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #009900;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">origan et olive<br \/><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><br \/><\/em><\/span><span style=\"color: #4b0082;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">J&rsquo;ai mis tout d&rsquo;abord les ingr\u00e9dients liquides dans la cuve de la map. Ensuite, le sel, le lait en poudre, le sucre. J&rsquo;ai mis toute la farine, et saupoudr\u00e9 la levure au dessus. Au bout de 5mn de p\u00e9trissage ajouter la margarine.<br \/>Mettre le prog p\u00e2te en route. Une fois le prog termin\u00e9e, la p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e. Rompre la p\u00e2te.<br \/>Faites des boules de 60g \u00e0 80g. Les laisser reposer 10mn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0033ff;\">Pour faire les pains garnis de thon.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prendre une boule et essayez de faire un trou au milieu \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un verre farin\u00e9. Laissez lever pendant une demi-heure. Entre temps pr\u00e9parez votre farce.<br \/>Une fois les pains lev\u00e9s, etalez \u00e0 nouveau un peu avec vos doigts le centre du pain et y mettre une c\u00e0s de la garniture.<br \/>Dorez avec un oeuf entier, parsemez de graines de s\u00e9sames (Zrara3 pour moi)et enfournez \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant 20mn.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia;\"><span style=\"color: #4b0082;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">j&rsquo;en ai fait aussi avec du jambon de dinde, ricotta,basilicet parmesan c&rsquo;est un delice!<br \/><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Si c&rsquo;est pas cela le paradis::))) Voici une recette que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9nich\u00e9 depuis pas mal de temps sur le blog de Nadia.Vite essay\u00e9e!
