Huiler un film alimentaire et d\u00e9poser au centre votre p\u00e2te en forme de boudin. Nouer les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s du film alimentaire puis depapier allu pour bien enfermer la p\u00e2te \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur et \u00e9viter tout d\u00e9bordement lors de la cuisson.<br \/> Cuire au bain-marie dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant 20 \u00e0 25 min environ.
