Badigeonner de jaune d&rsquo;oeufs     battu et parsemer de graines de s\u00e9sames. Mettre \u00e0 four chaud (200\u00b0)  environ 30minutes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\"> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\"><em>Garniture Chakchouka fromage<\/em><em> <\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\"> Ingr\u00e9dients<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\">2poivrons<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\">2 tomates<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\">2 oignons moyens<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\">2 escalopes de poulet coup\u00e9es en d\u00e8s<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\">1\/2 c\u00e0c de cumin <span style=\"color: #008080;\">(pas pour moi)<\/span><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\">1\/2 c\u00e0c de piment doux<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\">1\/2 c\u00e0c de poivre blanc <span style=\"color: #008080;\">(poivre noir)<\/span><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\">5\u00a0cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche\u00a0\u00e9paisse<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\">2c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\">sel<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">fromage \u00e0 hamburger<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\"> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\">Coupez tous vos l\u00e9gumes en d\u00e9s ainsi que les tomates que vous aurez trempez dans l&rsquo;eau bouillante 1 min pour     enlever la peau plus facilement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\">Dans une grande po\u00eale faire revenir dans l&rsquo;huile les oignons. Une fois translucides,\u00a0y ajouter tous les     autres l\u00e9gumes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\">Assaisonnez et ajoutez les \u00e9pices. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\">Laissez sur feu doux le temps qu&rsquo;ils deviennent fondant; sans oublier de remuer de temps en temps.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\">A mi-parcours\u00a0 y ajouter les d\u00e8s de poulet. Quand le tout est bien cuit,\u00a0y ajouter la cr\u00e9me, m\u00e9langez,     et au premier bouillon c&rsquo;est pr\u00eat!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\">Laisser refroidir avant de l&rsquo;utiliser pour les bun&rsquo;s.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><em><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\">Garniture poulet cr\u00e8me:<br \/><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\">&#8211; Faire revenir oignon et blanc de poulet avec une pointe de curcumin et de gingembre, assaisonner.
