{"id":2859,"date":"2011-05-10T11:16:11","date_gmt":"2011-05-10T10:16:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/?p=2859"},"modified":"2014-06-28T20:36:32","modified_gmt":"2014-06-28T19:36:32","slug":"sable-amandes-bergamote","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/?p=2859","title":{"rendered":"Sabl\u00e9s amandes-bergamote"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Des petits biscuits au parfum et au gout\u00a0 subtil de la bergamote..j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 de l&rsquo;extrait avec un peu de zeste frais ..des biscuits tr\u00e8\u00e8\u00e8\u00e8s doux ..et tr\u00e8s faciles!<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-2858\" src=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/sabl amandes bergamote copy.jpg\" border=\"0\" width=\"450\" height=\"600\" \/><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9nich\u00e9 la recette de chez<a href=\"http:\/\/cakesinthecity.blogspot.com\/\"> cakes in the city<\/a> sa version etait (sabl\u00e9s cardamome pistaches)..<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-2858\" src=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/sabl amandes bergamote copy.jpg\" border=\"0\" width=\"450\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour 40 biscuits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Extrait de bargamote (qq gouttes) avec un peu de zeste frais (facultatif).<br \/> 180 g de beurre mou (et surtout pas fondu)<br \/> 300 \u00e0 320 g de farine (selon la qualit\u00e9)<br \/> 80 \u00e0 100 g de sucre glace (selon votre go\u00fbt)<br \/> 1 \u0153uf l\u00e9g\u00e8rement battu<br \/> <strong><em><br \/> Pour la d\u00e9co<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p> 80 g d&rsquo;amandes natures concass\u00e9es<br \/> 3 ou 4 c \u00e0 s de sucre roux (ou sucre blanc)<\/p>\n<p>1 \u0153uf l\u00e9g\u00e8rement battu<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; A l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un batteur \u00e9lectrique \u00e9quip\u00e9 des crochets, m\u00e9langer le beurre, l&rsquo;\u0153uf battu et le sucre glace jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit cr\u00e9meux. Ajouter la farine et la poudre de cardamome puis battre de nouveau. Vous devez obtenir une p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e tr\u00e8s souple mais suffisamment ferme pour \u00eatre fa\u00e7onn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Rouler la p\u00e2te en un long boudin de 5  cm de diam\u00e8tre, l&rsquo;envelopper bien serr\u00e9e dans une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et l&rsquo;entreposer pendant 20 minutes au cong\u00e9lateur.Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 160\u00b0C .<\/p>\n<p> &#8211; Sortir la p\u00e2te du cong\u00e9lateur, la badigeonner d&rsquo;\u0153uf battu et la recouvrir de pistaches concass\u00e9es. Envelopper de nouveau la p\u00e2te dans la feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et la mettre au cong\u00e9lateur pendant 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p> &#8211; D\u00e9couper la p\u00e2te en tranches de 6 \u00e0 7 mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur. Les d\u00e9poser sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson et les saupoudrer de sucre roux. Faire cuire pendant 10 \u00e0 12 minutes.
