Couvrir et laisser une nuit \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Le levain peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 quand il sent le vinaigre (forte odeur de fermentation), laisser 2 jours si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enlever les gousses d\u2019ail, rajouter la semoule, un peu de sel et de l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ou bien et c\u2019est ce que je fais quand j\u2019ai pas le temps.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prendre 1 ou 2 portions de p\u00e2te non cuites de chez le boulanger. Saupoudrer toujours les abaisses et le plan de travail avec de la farine. Former de bandelettes et \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un couteau faire des bandelettes rectangulaires et couper finement en allumettes (3cm).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Si vous avez la machine \u00e0 p\u00e2te<\/span><\/strong> c\u2019est mieux!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Faire passer les boules aplaties une \u00e0 une plusieurs fois \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9paisseurs et terminer par la position fine (N 2).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-307\" src=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/hlelem5.jpg\" border=\"0\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-308\" src=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/hlelem 7.jpg\" border=\"0\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Couper en bandelettes rectangulaires et puis passer \u00e0 machine \u00ab\u00a0forme spaghetti\u00a0\u00bb. Les hlelem ne doivent pas \u00eatre longues (moyenne de 3cm).
