Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 165\u00b0C chaleur tournante ou 180\u00b0C chaleur statique. Beurrer un moule rond de 25 cm de diam\u00e8tre <span style=\"color: #008000;\">(pour avoir un gateau plus haut utiliser un moule plus petit)<\/span> et le mettre au froid. M\u00e9langer le sucre, le zeste et le jus de citron avec le beurre mou et la le brousse jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir un ensemble cr\u00e9meux. Incorporer les oeufs un \u00e0 un puis la poudre d&rsquo;amandes. Enfin, ajouter la farine tamis\u00e9e avec la levure en l&rsquo;alternant avec le lait ribot.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times, serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2. Verser la p\u00e2te dans le moule et cuire pendant une vingtaine de minutes <span style=\"color: #008000;\">(pour moi 45mn \u00e0 165\u00b0C, donc je dirais tout depend de votre four:))<\/span>. Le dessus doit colorer et la pointe d&rsquo;un couteau doit ressortir s\u00e8che. Laisser refroidir puis d\u00e9mouler.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times, serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Note<\/strong> : le g\u00e2teau garde son moelleux 2-3 jours.
