{"id":3772,"date":"2012-06-05T15:12:48","date_gmt":"2012-06-05T14:12:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/?p=3772"},"modified":"2012-06-05T15:12:48","modified_gmt":"2012-06-05T14:12:48","slug":"penne-au-pesto-damande","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/?p=3772","title":{"rendered":"Penne au pesto d&rsquo;amande"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">J\u2019adore la cuisine italienne, tout est bon, de sa pizza, \u00e0 ses gelato , au petit espresso serr\u00e9..on ne peut ignorer les pates en bons tunisiens que nous sommes\u00a0:)..<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u2019est en feuilletant un magazine de cuisine la semaine pass\u00e9e, que je suis tomb\u00e9e sur une recette de conchiglie au pesto d\u2019amande qui m\u2019a s\u00e9duite de suite je me suis ex\u00e9cut\u00e9e en apportant qq modifications (selon ce que j\u2019avais dans mon r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur) .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On se serait cru en Italie \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re bouch\u00e9e..<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-3769\" src=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/mak.jpg\" border=\"0\" width=\"450\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/mak.jpg 450w, https:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/mak-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>350 gr de Penne (j&rsquo;ai mis 450gr)<\/p>\n<p>250 gr de mascarpone (cr\u00e8me fraiche \u00e9paisse pour moi)<\/p>\n<p>200gr de courgettes (une belle courgette fera l\u2019affaire)<\/p>\n<p>100gr d\u2019amande<\/p>\n<p>2 gousses d\u2019ail (une suffit si l\u2019ail est fort)<\/p>\n<p>50gr de mie de pain<\/p>\n<p>50gr de parmesan<\/p>\n<p>2 brins de thym (1\/2c a c de thym s\u00e9ch\u00e9 moulu)<\/p>\n<p>Huile d\u2019olive<\/p>\n<p>100gr de champignons<\/p>\n<p>Piment en poudre et sel<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Griller a sec les amandes.les laisser refroidir, puis les mettre dans un mixeur\u00a0 avec la gousse d\u2019ail, la mie de pain, le thym, le parmesan, une pinc\u00e9e de piment et de sel. Mixer finement (dans le mixer a caf\u00e9 c\u2019est parfait) jusqu\u2019\u00e0 avoir une pr\u00e9paration homog\u00e8ne. Ajouter progressivement la mascarpone (ou creme fraiche) et 5 c a s d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-3770\" src=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/pesto1.jpg\" border=\"0\" width=\"450\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/pesto1.jpg 450w, https:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/pesto1-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Laver et couper les courgettes en petit morceau. Les cuire 5mn \u00e0 l\u2019eau bouillante sal\u00e9e, rafraichir et \u00e9goutter.<\/p>\n<p>Couper les champignons et les faire revenir sur feu chaud rapidement avec un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et une pinc\u00e9e de sel et de poivre en fin de cuisson.<\/p>\n<p>Cuire les pates \u00e0 l\u2019eau bouillante sal\u00e9e. Les \u00e9goutter , prelever 15cl d\u2019eau de cuisson pour d\u00e9layer la sauce aux amandes.
