La pate doit se ramollir \u00e0 fur et \u00e0 mesure en ajoutant de l\u2019eau\u2026former une boule et couvrir d\u2019huile pour qu\u2019il ne se forme pas une croute a la surface\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Laisser reposer aussi longtemps que possible (th\u00e9oriquement plus elle se repose, mieux c&rsquo;est)..Perso, je l\u2019ai utilis\u00e9 de suite et je n\u2019ai pas eu de probl\u00e8me!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-712\" src=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/mhejeb pate molle 1.jpg\" border=\"0\" width=\"350\" height=\"467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/mhejeb%20pate%20molle%201.jpg 350w, https:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/mhejeb%20pate%20molle%201-224x300.jpg 224w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette quantit\u00e9 permet d\u2019avoir 26 boules en tout, 13 petites (de la taille d\u2019une mandarine) \u00a0et 13 un peu plus grosses. Huiler les mains et un grand plateau, sur un cot\u00e9, commencer a former des petits tas (13 petites boules) et sur l\u2019autre cot\u00e9, 13 autres un peu plus grosses.
