Je la fait souvent en variant les farines ..et c &lsquo;est un succ\u00e8s \u00e0 a chaque fois.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous suivez un r\u00e9gimes ans sel,\u00a0remplacer la farine de bl\u00e9 normale par de la farine int\u00e9grale c&rsquo;est tres bon!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/pain-de-mie3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7622 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/pain-de-mie3-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"pain de mie3\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/pain-de-mie3-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/pain-de-mie3-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/pain-de-mie3.jpg 1000w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>la pate ne contient pas d &lsquo;oeuf<\/p>\n<p>500g de farine aux c\u00e9r\u00e9ales , ou de bl\u00e9 (normale) ou bien de farine compl\u00e8te int\u00e9grale.<\/p>\n<p>200ml de lait \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante<\/p>\n<p>100ml d&rsquo;eau \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante<\/p>\n<p>2 cc de sel<\/p>\n<p>2 cc de levure de boulanger d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p>20g de sucre que je remplace par une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de miel<\/p>\n<p>50g de beurre pommade en morceaux<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #525e5f;\"><em><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #525e5f;\">M\u00e9langez tous les ingr\u00e9dients, p\u00e9trissez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit bien \u00e9lastique et laissez lever le temps que la p\u00e2te double de volume (comptez 1H30 \u00e0 l\u2019abri des courants d\u2019air). Tout d\u00e9pend de la taille de vos moules. Le fond du pain doit sonner creux quand il est cuit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #525e5f;\">D\u00e9moulez directement le pain une fois cuit et une fois froid l&rsquo;envelopper dans une serviette puis dans un sac en plastique pour une meilleure conservation.
