Je pense que c&rsquo;est une cuisson. trop cuite la ghraiba se fissure et vu que j&rsquo;aime que tout soit bien cuit , elle s&rsquo;est fissur\u00e9e en fin de cuisson.<\/p>\n<p><a modifications:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1d2129;\">la 1 kilo de farine de pois-chiche<\/span><\/p>\n<p>600gr de beurre fondu et clarifi\u00e9 ( sans la couche blanch\u00e2tre et sans le d\u00e9p\u00f4t blanc aussi) pour ma part j&rsquo;ai mis 650gr<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1d2129;\"> 160 gr de farine <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1d2129;\">160 gr de f\u00e9cule de mais, <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1d2129;\">320 gr de sucre glace<\/span><\/p>\n<p>200gr de noisettes torr\u00e9fi\u00e9es \u00a0et moulues<\/p>\n<p>4 c a soupe de s\u00e9same\u00a0<span style=\"color: #1d2129;\">torr\u00e9fi\u00e9 \u00a0et moulu<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1d2129;\">&#8212;&gt; <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Fondre le beurre et laisser refroidir, <a href=\"http:\/\/chefsimon.lemonde.fr\/gourmets\/chef-simon\/recettes\/clarifier-le-beurre\" target=\"_blank\">le clarifier.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/gh3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-7655\" \u00a0au tamis ( farine, amidon et sucre glace), verser 600 gr de beurre fondu (\u00e9cum\u00e9) ajouter 4 c \u00e0 s de s\u00e9same moulu et 200 gr de poudre de noisette.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/gh2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-7656\" la p\u00e2te \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un \u00a0hachoir \u00e0 viande manuel pour qu&rsquo;elle devienne mall\u00e9able et non friable, je l&rsquo;ai pass\u00e9 deux fois au\u00a0 hachoir manuel, que je trouve vraiment efficace et rapide ( c &lsquo;est mieux que de la petrir \u00e0 la main).Le resultat est surprenant la pate devient vraiment molle et malleable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a #1d2129;\">Confectionner les graiba \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un emporte pi\u00e8ce ou des petits boudins .<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1d2129;\"> Entre temps pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0 . Cuire 15 mn \u00e0 mi hauteur.
