{"id":8338,"date":"2018-03-30T17:39:49","date_gmt":"2018-03-30T16:39:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/?p=8338"},"modified":"2018-03-30T18:15:51","modified_gmt":"2018-03-30T17:15:51","slug":"merlan-pane-et-merlan-frit-merlan-en-colere","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/?p=8338","title":{"rendered":"Merlan pan\u00e9 et Merlan frit ( merlan en col\u00e8re)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le merlan (nazalli en tunisien) est un poisson tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 pour sa chair tendre et conseill\u00e9 pour les tous petits mais pas que&#8230;<span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">\u00a0et c &lsquo;est pour cette raison que j&rsquo;a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de vous confier mes deux recettes qui marchent&#8230;c&rsquo;est pas du \u00ab\u00a0light\u00a0\u00bb je vous pr\u00e9viens, le poisson doit cuire dans un bon bain de friture pour les deux versions. \u00a0<\/span>Il faut dire que le merlan est le seul poisson accueilli avec joie par les enfants, sans r\u00e9ticence aucune, \u00a0pan\u00e9 et croquant, c&rsquo;est la version pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e! . il faut dire qu&rsquo;il est exceptionnel avec cette panure au zeste de citron !!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/mer4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8344 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/mer4-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><em><strong>Les astuces..<\/strong><\/em><\/span>:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pour avoir du croquant il faut \u00ab\u00a0amidonner\u00a0\u00bb le poisson avec de l&rsquo;amidon ( nch\u00e9), puis le passer dans le blanc d&rsquo;oeuf et enfin de la chapelure dans laquelle on a mis le zeste d&rsquo;un gros citron entier on peut m\u00eame s &lsquo;amuser \u00e0 mettre aussi un peu de s\u00e9sames c &lsquo;est divin! Vous pouvez demander \u00e0 votre poissonnier de le faire aussi.Si vous utilisez des merlans congel\u00e9s, pensez a les d\u00e9congeler avant et les essuyer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2-Bien saler les filets de merlan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3-on prend 3 r\u00e9cipients larges: l&rsquo;un contenant l&rsquo;amidon, l&rsquo;autre les oeufs m\u00e9lang\u00e9s avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel et le 3eme contenant la chapelure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4-Plonger les filets dans l&rsquo;amidon, tapoter pour enlever l\u2019exc\u00e9dent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/mer1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" d\u00e9poser dans une grande assiette, continuer ainsi avec les autres filets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a nettoy\u00e9s, les essuyer. \u00a0saler et \u00e9picer avec du cumin\u00a0<\/span>fra\u00eechement<span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">\u00a0moulu, passer \u00e0 la fariner et tapoter pour enlever\u00a0<\/span>l\u2019exc\u00e9dent<span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">\u00a0de farine\u00a0.\u00a0\u00bbFaites-leur mordre leur queue\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a
