Je la remercie pour sa g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9!\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">j&rsquo;ai fait qq petits changements pour que \u00e7a soit clair \u00e7a ne change rien au gout<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">120ml de yaourt nature ( j&rsquo;ai mis un pot de yaourt de 110gr )<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">120ml de lait (= 1 pot \u00a0de lait : utiliser le pot vide d yaourt pour mesurer)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">120ml d&rsquo;huile (= 1 pot d&rsquo;huile : utiliser le pot vide pour mesurer)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 oeuf<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 c a s de levure de pain ( 1 sachet de 10-11gr)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 c a soupe de sucre<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 c a caf\u00e9 de levure chicmique<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 c a caf\u00e9 de sel<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">500gr de farine<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">s\u00e9sames<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">fromage Beyaz peynir \u00a0( j ai mis de la ricotta)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">jaune d\u2019\u0153uf et qq gouttes de citron ou de vinaigre pour la dorure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer dans une casserole le m\u00e9lange: lait, \u00a0yaourt et huile . une fois le m\u00e9lange<strong> ti\u00e8de<\/strong> \u00e9teindre le feu et d\u00e9barrasser dans un grand saladier ou dans le p\u00e9trin, ajouter, l\u2019\u0153uf, le sucre,la levure de pain , m\u00e9langer et ajouter la farine, les sel et la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure chimique. P\u00e9trir 5mn. la p\u00e2te doit etre bien souple et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement collante. couvrir, la p\u00e2te doit doubler de volume ( \u00e7a depend de la temp\u00e9rature ambiante 40mn ou plus).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Huiler vos mains et d\u00e9couper la p\u00e2te en deux boules, laisser lever sur un support huil\u00e9 aussi pendant 15mn.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/pain-turc.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" fromage de votre choix j&rsquo;ai mis de la ricotta , laisser lever encore 15mn \u00e0 l&rsquo;abri des courants d &lsquo;air<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le pain prenne une belle couleur 20mn en moyenne ( selon votre four).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">D\u00e9barrasser sur une
