Franchement j&rsquo;ai ador\u00e9 ce pain et les enfants alors \ud83d\ude42 !!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">On peut utiliser ces pains aussi bien en sal\u00e9 pour r\u00e9aliser des sandwichs, accompagner un plat qu&rsquo;en sucr\u00e9 avec confitures et p\u00e2tes \u00e0 tartiner ET Soyez sur surtout qu&rsquo;il fera son petit effet \u00e0 table!!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>j&rsquo;ai fait un copier coller de la recette, Merci<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lapopottedemanue.com\/2015\/01\/dutch-crunch-bread-ou-le-pain-girafe.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Manue<\/a>!<\/p>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-text\">\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p><em><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pour 4 pains:<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>300 g de farine<br \/>\n1 CS de sucre<br \/>\n1 CS d&rsquo;huile<br \/>\n1 cc de sel<br \/>\n190 g de lait<br \/>\n1 cc de levure de boulanger d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9e<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pour le topping \u00e0 mettre au dessus des petits pains:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>+ ou &#8211; 35 g (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 50gr) d&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de<br \/>\n1 cc de sucre<br \/>\n1 cc d&rsquo;huile<br \/>\n1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<br \/>\n60 g de farine de riz<br \/>\n1\/2 cc de levure de <span style=\"color: #000000;\">boulanger d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9e<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-text\">\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dans le bol de votre robot, dans la map ou \u00e0 la main, d\u00e9poser le sel, la farine, le sucre et la levure, ajouter le lait et l&rsquo;huile et p\u00e9trir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit bien lisse et homog\u00e8ne, couvrir avec un linge et laisser doubler de volume.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/pain-tigr\u00e93.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8527 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/pain-tigr\u00e93-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">M\u00e9langer l&rsquo;eau avec le sucre, l&rsquo;huile, le sel, la farine de riz et la levure, ajuster si besoin avec de l&rsquo;eau. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/pain-tigr\u00e91.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8525 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/pain-tigr\u00e91-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le but est d&rsquo;obtenir une p\u00e2te assez consistante pour ne pas couler mais aussi assez souple pour pouvoir \u00eatre \u00e9tal\u00e9e.
