Mais j&rsquo;ai fait la meme recette, avec et sans trempage &nbsp;et franchement y a pas eu de diff\u00e9rences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/kaak6.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8713 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/kaak6-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La farine utilis\u00e9e est sp\u00e9ciale kaak warka a laquelle j&rsquo;ai rajout\u00e9 du colorant blanc( \u00e7a reste facultatif si vous utilisez une farine sp\u00e9ciale kaaak warka) et une pointe de levure chimique, &nbsp;la pate est bien lisse apres cuisson. le dernier secret pour avoir une excellente pate, c&rsquo;est le repos, plus la pate repose mieux elle s &lsquo;etalera finement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Je me suis amus\u00e9e \u00e0 faire plusieurs formes&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Abonnez vous a ma newsletter si vous ne voulez pas rater aucune de mes r\u00e9alisations<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Astuces et recette trouv\u00e9es chez <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=xOmTXHi2lxU\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">diwa sweetness<\/a> que je remercie encore une fois \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dient<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">250gr gr de farine sp\u00e9ciale kaak warka<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">125gr gr de beurre clarifi\u00e9 ( sans la couche blanchatre form\u00e9e \u00e0 la surface) et bien froid<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1\/4 c a caf\u00e9 de sel fin<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 c a caf\u00e9 de colorant blanc (facultatif)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 pinc\u00e9e de levure chimique (la pointe du couteau)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">10ml d&rsquo;eau d &lsquo;eglantier (nesri) qu&rsquo;on peut remplacer par une autre eau florale ( qu&rsquo;on peut trouver meme dans les grandes surfaces)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">+ ou &#8211; 70ml d&rsquo;eau chaude<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Pour la farce :<\/b><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 250gr gr de poudre d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">125gr gr de sucre glace<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Eau de fleur d\u2019\u00e9glantier (nesri) ou eau de rose ou eau de g\u00e9ranium<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Pr<\/b><b>\u00e9paration&nbsp;<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Verser la farine dans un saladier et ajouter le beurre clarifi\u00e9 refroidi et le sel. Sabler le m\u00e9langer pour bien faire impregner la farine de beurre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ajouter la levure chimique, le colorant puis l&rsquo;eau d&rsquo;eglantier et &nbsp;ajouter l&rsquo; eau chaude petit a petit &nbsp;une p\u00e2te ferme. P\u00e9trir la pate pendant quelques minutes jusqu&rsquo; a avoir une p\u00e2te lisse, il faut la p\u00e9trir sans le d\u00e9chirer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Laisser la p\u00e2te reposer au moins une heure (ou meme plus) &nbsp;et&nbsp;pr\u00e9parer la farce.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pr\u00e9parer la farce en m\u00e9langeant tous les ingr\u00e9dients pour obtenir une p\u00e2te qui se tient bien ( tj avec les bouts des doigts), (faire des boudins longs de 1cm de diam\u00e8tre) et reserver les sous un torchon.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Apr\u00e8s avoir laiss\u00e9 la p\u00e2te reposer, \u00e9taler la pate finement \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie sur un plan de travail . La p\u00e2te doit \u00eatre fine et transparente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">D\u00e9coupez des rectangles &nbsp;7 \u00e0 7.5 de cm de largeur, on utilise un gabarit de 7.5 de doux 150\u00b0C max pendant 20min, les g\u00e2teaux vont blanchir \u00e0 la cuisson et rev\u00eatir une belle couleur blond clair.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Contr\u00f4ler la cuisson en regardant le dessous du kaak qui ne doit pas brunir.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Laissez-les totalement refroidir avant de les d\u00e9placer dans un r\u00e9cipient herm\u00e9tique pour garder toute leur fraicheur.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Apres cuisson, avec le doigt on mouille legerement le doigt avec un sirop \u00e9pais ( deja utilis\u00e9 dans la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente) &nbsp;et on saupoudre de pistaches.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">je me suis amus\u00e9e a faire d&rsquo;autres formes j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0le nakkach\u00a0\u00bb ( pince dentel\u00e9e) pour faire plus joli..<\/span><\/li>\n<li><a
