plusieurs fois et voulu partager la recette apr\u00e8s moult acrobaties :)..<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cette assida forte en gout est adoucie par l&rsquo;ajout du lait mais en plus de la couche de crima (une cr\u00e8me de base tunisienne)..et d\u00e9licatement parfum\u00e9e au g\u00e9ranium.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a (30gr)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">300ml \u00a0d&rsquo;eau<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3-4 \u00a0c \u00e0 s de sucre\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">100 ml de lait<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 c \u00e0 s d\u2019eau de g\u00e9ranium<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Pour la creme (crima)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1\/2 l de lait<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 jaunes d\u2019oeufs<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2c a s d\u2019amidon<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2c a s de sucre<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 bout d\u2019ecorce de citron frais (vert pour moi) ou un sachet de vanille<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 c a c de beurre<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">eau de g\u00e9ranium<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Griller les s\u00e9sames et bien les broyer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a la farine et la poudre de s\u00e9same et dissoudre le tout dans l&rsquo;eau et le lait.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a #000000;\">Passer le m\u00e9lange au tamis ( passsoire) pour avoir une texture lisse et velout\u00e9e<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a cuire \u00e0 feu vif en remuant de fa\u00e7on continue pendant 15 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Une fois le m\u00e9lange \u00e9paissi, ajouter le sucre et et remuer sans arr\u00eat pour 10 minutes. Avant de retirer du feu, ajouter l\u2019eau de g\u00e9ranium pour parfumer la pr\u00e9paration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Verser l\u2019Assida chaude dans des bols ou des coupelles. Une fois refroidie, d\u00e9corer l\u2019Assida aux fruits secs ou bien ajouter une couche fine de creme ( crima) .<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Jeljlen3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8933 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Jeljlen3-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em>Pour la creme (crima):<\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2013 Dans une casserole a fond \u00e9pais, m\u00e9langer sucre et jeune d\u2019oeuf ajouter l\u2019amidon, l\u2019ecorce de citron (ou la vanille) et pis doucement tout en m\u00e9langeant le lait. mettre le tout sur feu doux sans cesser de remuer jusqu\u2019a \u00e9paississement de la cr\u00e8me. ajouter en fin de cuisson, une cuiller\u00e9e a caf\u00e9 de beurre et 2c a soupe d\u2019eau de g\u00e9ranium.
