{"id":9188,"date":"2019-02-07T16:00:31","date_gmt":"2019-02-07T15:00:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/?p=9188"},"modified":"2019-02-07T16:47:07","modified_gmt":"2019-02-07T15:47:07","slug":"rechta-jerya-soupe-de-nouilles-aux-legumes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ma-selection-naturelle.com\/?p=9188","title":{"rendered":"Rechta Jerya ( soupe de nouilles aux l\u00e9gumes)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-black-color\">Un plat hivernal par excellence, la rechta existe sous deux formes celle faite maison ou qui se vende dans certaines r\u00e9gions tr\u00e8s fines et l\u00e9g\u00e8res et celle-ci sous forme de p\u00e2tes aplaties).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-black-color\">On peut varier le contenu de la rechta selon ce qu&rsquo;on a: des l\u00e9gumes verts ou bien des l\u00e9gumes secs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-black-color\">la version d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui est a base de l\u00e9gumes: navets, carotte, petit pois et pois chiche.On peut mettre des f\u00e8ves vertes ou s\u00e8ches, des d\u00e9s de fond d&rsquo;artichauts aussi..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-black-color\">100-150gr de viande de b\u0153uf (ou de votre choix)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-black-color\">1 petit oignon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-black-color\">1-2 tomates fraiches<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-black-color\">1 c a soupe de concentr\u00e9 de tomate<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-black-color\">150gr de nouilles<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-black-color\">une branche de c\u00e9leri<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-black-color\">3 c a soupe de persil cisel\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-black-color\">une poign\u00e9e de pois chiche (f\u00e8ves s\u00e8ches,ou vertes f\u00e9vettes  ) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-black-color\">1carotte<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-black-color\">1 navet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-black-color\">qq piments frais ( facultatif)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-black-color\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de harissa diari ( facultatif)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-black-color\">1c a caf\u00e9 de felfel ahmer (paprika ou felfel zina) ou de piment fort <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-black-color\">1c a caf\u00e9 de tabel ( m\u00e9lange d &lsquo;\u00e9pices compos\u00e9 essentiellement de coriandre et de carvi )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-black-color\">sel, poivre et huile d &lsquo;olive<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-black-color\">Laver les pois chiche et les mettre \u00e0 tremper la veille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-black-color\">Mettre l&rsquo;huile \u00e0 chauffer dans un faitout. y faire revenir l&rsquo;oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9, les morceaux de viande coup\u00e9s en petits d\u00e9s et la pur\u00e9e de tomate fra\u00eeche, l&rsquo;harissa et le piment rouge (paprika ou fort), le c\u00e9leri, le persil et les \u00e9pices pendant qq minutes puis ajouter le concentr\u00e9 de tomate avec une pinc\u00e9e de sucre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-black-color\">Mouiller de 2 litres d &lsquo;eau et ajouter les l\u00e9gumes coup\u00e9s en d\u00e9s,  les petits pois.  Lorsque la viande et et les l\u00e9gumes secs sont cuits, v\u00e9rifier le sel et ajouter les nouilles coup\u00e9es en morceaux.
